Pregnancy: Receive emotional and informational support, 24/7 resource. Learn about classes, exercises, and healthy diets.
Birth education: learn about the physiological process of labor, different methods, interventions, alternatives, medical and natural options, inductions, epidurals, pain relief techniques, and all the evidence-based information to make the right choices for you.
Birth planning: prepare for the labor, make decisions for you and the baby, and have a postpartum care plan in place. Plan for home birth, hospital, or birth center; vaginal or cesarean birth.
Partners: Learn relaxation and physical techniques to support birthing partners.
Labor: Receive guidance to make decisions, physical support, encouragement, and support in your birthing preferences. Physical, emotional and spiritual support whenever you feel you need an extra set of hands. Once I join your labor, I will remain with you for a few hours postpartum.
Postpartum: Newborn care support, household tasks, postnatal mood disorder resources, and referrals such as pelvic floor therapists, breastfeeding counselors, and mental health therapists.
Bereavement: Emotional and logistical support, always at no charge.
